  1. Find your tracking number in our dispatch confirmation email.
  2. Visit the courier’s site (DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce).
  3. Paste your tracking number and view real-time updates.

Typical Timeline

  • Processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days
  • Standard UK delivery: 4–8 working days after dispatch
  • Tracking email: sent as soon as your parcel ships

Order Status Glossary

  • Processing – We’ve received your order and are preparing it.
  • Dispatched / Shipped – Your parcel has left our warehouse.
  • In transit – With the courier, on its way to you.
  • Out for delivery – It’s on the van today.
  • Delivered – Marked as delivered by the courier.
