At CARPET M LTD, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order and what to expect during the process.


1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

2. Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we are unable to stop the delivery. In this case, you have two options:

  • Refuse delivery when the item arrives, and it will be returned to us
  • Accept delivery and then submit a return request within 30 days in accordance with our Returns Policy

Once the item is received back at our premises in its original, unused condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cancelled within the 24-hour window before dispatch will receive a full refund processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • We do not charge any cancellation fees
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after we have issued it

4. Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your order β€” such as changing the size, colour, or quantity β€” please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Custom or Cut-to-Size Orders

Custom orders, made-to-measure carpets, or flooring cut to specific dimensions cannot be cancelled once production or cutting has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to advise.
