Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise delivery charges at checkout.
Handling Time
All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Our team works to ensure your order is picked, packed, and handed to our courier as quickly as possible.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within the United Kingdom. Please note that deliveries to remote areas of Scotland or Northern Ireland may take slightly longer.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and bank holidays, will begin processing on the next available business day.
Our Delivery Partner
We partner with Royal Mail to deliver all orders safely and reliably across the United Kingdom. Royal Mail provides tracked delivery so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active and visible on the Royal Mail website.
Item Not Received
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@carpetmltd.com or call +44 7988591724. We will investigate the matter with Royal Mail and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in these circumstances. Parcels may be held by Royal Mail for a limited period before being returned to us.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Investigations may take several working days to complete. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer either:
- A replacement (subject to stock availability); or
- A full refund to your original payment method
in accordance with UK consumer law.
Delays Outside Our Control
While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Industrial action or courier strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- High seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas and Bank Holidays)
- Security or customs delays
In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Changing Your Delivery Address

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any additional re-delivery costs incurred.
